Ginger Lobster

Ginger Lobster

Easier than it looks, tastier than ever.

4 servings | 30 minutes

Ingredients
4 lobster tails

1 cup oil

1/4 tsp garlic

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp sugar

2 tbl ginger julienned

1/4 tsp chicken boullion

1 tbls soy sauce

1 tsp oyster sauce

1 tbl water or chicken stock

2 tsp corn starch + 1 tsp corn starch for sauce

Instructions
  1. 1. Clean and cut lobster tails in half, then into 4-5 pieces.
  2. 2. Toss lobster in 2 tsp of cornstarch.
  3. 3. Heat oil in wok on high heat until hot. Once hot, add lobster and cook for 1-2 minutes until partially cooked. Drain.
  4. 4. In a separate pan, coat the pan with oil and heat on medium high. Once hot, turn down to medium.
  5. 5. Fry garlic and ginger until golden brown.
  6. 6. Add oyster sauce, chicken stock, sugar, salt, chicken boullion and lobster. Cover for 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7. Add white pepper to taste, cilantro, and green onions.
