1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In an oven-safe pan, combine tomatoes, olive oil, harissa, Bowlcut Chili Crisp, salt, and pepper. Toss until tomatoes are thoroughly coated.
2. Place in oven for 20–25 minutes, until tomatoes are wilted and most have popped open.
3. Serve tomatoes and harissa tomato oil on toasted bread with cream cheese.
